About us
We're building the online scheduling tool we always wanted.
Tallyhub started in 2024 when Daniel Hayes and Chloe Keller got tired of playing email ping-pong just to book a single meeting.
What began as an internal tool at a small agency quickly turned into something other teams kept asking about. A year later, Tallyhub had its first hundred paying customers — most of them found us by word of mouth.
Today more than 8,000 service businesses rely on Tallyhub every day. We're a small, remote-first team with a home base in Denver, and we still answer support emails ourselves.
Our values
How we work
Calm software
No dark patterns, no noisy notifications. Tools should reduce stress, not add to it.
Sustainable growth
We're profitable and independent, which means we answer to customers, not to the next funding round.
Small, senior team
We stay deliberately lean so we can move fast and keep quality high.
Team
The people behind Tallyhub
